Fatigue is a common complaint in patients with vitamin d deficiency. Fatigue can be due to multiple causes, including chronic infections and diseases such as tuberculosis, cancer and HIV/AIDS. However, fatigue may also occur in the absence of these conditions. In addition to its association with vitamin D deficiency, fatigue has been associated with other metabolic disorders such as diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM2) and hypothyroidism (Hashimoto’s disease).
Fatigue is a feeling of tiredness and weakness in the muscles. It can often be caused by overuse or incorrect training, but it can also be caused by illness or injury. Muscle weakness is when you feel that your muscles are not working as well as they should. This may be because of an injury to a muscle, nerve damage or even poor blood supply to the muscle tissue. Weakness may also occur after surgery on the spine (such as for scoliosis) or after having an operation on another part of the body such as hip replacement surgery.
